Grow! Well-Being at Work

People who feel valued and cared for at work will perform better, have less sickness and stay for longer. Our 6 session Grow! Well-Being at Work course can be adapted to be delivered in 90 minutes segments to make it accessible and easy to deliver in the working day.

Applying the latest positive psychology research the course provides practical and easy to follow steps to increase physical and emotional wealth.
